Responsibilities:

  • To meet identified potential customers and demonstrate solutions of IOT which includes both hardware and software
  • To understand customers’ problem and provide solutions on the fly where possible
  • Understand customers’ needs from a solution perspective and be able to build the demo kit on his own
  • Build and provide necessary documentation that is customised to every customer
  • Clear communication and articulation without any ambiguity
  • Be able to create presentations in a creative way
  • Take ownership of the success of the customer with a “gets this customer” attitude
  • Help to shape product better by providing continuous inputs from the field
  • Should be able to travel to customer sites

Requirements:

  • Understand the working of IOT world and its products and relate it to customers’ problems and provide solutions
  • Experience in working with customers and understanding their problems
  • Good to have knowledge on Unix scripting, Unix OS and installation methodologies
  • Knowledge in MSOffice
  • Degree or Diploma in technical areas is a must
  • Domain experience of Building management system, Lighting control system,

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in Sales and / or software development area

  • To understand customers’ problem and provide solutions on the fly where possible
  • Challenge himself to stretch target goals and be able to achieve those
  • To understand customers’ needs from a solution perspective and be able to build the demo kit on his own
  • To deal with customer in the entire sales life cycle and be able to build good relationships
  • Clear communication and articulation without any ambiguity
  • Take ownership of the success of the customer with a “gets this customer” attitude
  • Help to shape product better by providing continuous inputs from the field
  • To travel to customer sites

Requirements:

  • Should have exposure to the customers in the areas of eCom, Real estate, Data warehouses where our solutions will be deployed
